About me
I have over 10 years of business experience and over 100 books read on the subject. I have built two businesses, and now I'm working to develop the third.
I have a unique blend between, lessons learn by trial and error, books and mentoring that helped me understand the framework for building a sustainable business.
Over the years, I encountered many barriers that were good learning experiences. I tried to learn something from every one of them. Therefore I build a system for myself, to analyze the results of my decisions, to reflect on the outcome and try to improve my decision making system.
I realized that with knowledge, as with investment, the key is to be constant and consistent. If you put in enough effort, over time you will experience a compound knowledge effect, that will help you connect the dots.
I started sharing this knowledge, accumulated over time, for you to use it, without waiting 5 or 7 years to develop it by yourself.
Why I started this website?
To be an entrepreneur is a lifestyle. Things are always changing. Every day you encounter new challenges, every day you need to learn something new.
In order to succeed, and to enjoy the ride, you need to have a strategic approach, and a student mindset. Always looking to learn and always searching for gaps in your knowledge and judgment.
In my entrepreneurship journey, I had over 10 000 hours of practice.
Building two businesses, I often had new challenges to overcome through trial and error.
Not giving up, learning by doing it, making mistakes, reflecting on them, researching, and continuously making systems to avoid them in the future, helped me understand the strategic framework for building a sustainable business.
Looking back, and realizing that some mistakes that I have done could be avoided, made me take the decision to share with you all this experiences. This is why I decided to share the strategic framework that I have developed over time, with the main scope of helping you craft the winning strategy for your business.
